Coccydynia
A medical condition characterized by pain in the coccyx, the small triangular bone at the base of the spine, commonly known as the tailbone. This discomfort can be aggravated by sitting or moving into a seated position and is often associated with trauma, childbirth, or repetitive strain.
Dyspareunia
Painful intercourse with either, penetration, or thrusting or both. This condition can have various causes, including post-surgical, post partum, tissue irritation, and or hormone imbalances. Treatment may involve addressing the underlying issues, such as infections, pelvic conditions, or trauma related factors.
Fecal Incontinence
A condition characterized by the inability to control bowel movements, leading to unintentional leakage of stool. It can be caused by various factors, including muscle or nerve damage in the rectum, diarrhea, or certain medical conditions.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
A condition where the decent of pelvic organs, such as the uterus, bladder, or rectum, toward the vaginal opening. This can be caused by a weakened pelvic floor muscles or tissues. Risk factors are childbirth, aging, or repetitive straining.
Urinary Incontinence
A condition characterized by the involuntary loss of urine, leading to leakage. It can result from various factors such as weakened pelvic floor muscles, nerve damage, or underlying medical conditions. Types of urinary incontinence include stress incontinence (leakage during activities like coughing or sneezing) and urge incontinence (sudden, intense urge to urinate).
Constipation
A common digestive issue characterized by infrequent bowel movements, difficulty passing stools, or a sense of incomplete evacuation. It can result from various factors such as inadequate fiber intake, dehydration, lack of physical activity, or certain medical conditions.
Endometriosis
A condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, causing pelvic pain, painful periods, and discomfort during sex. Treatment involves pain relief, hormonal therapies, and, in severe cases, surgery. Early diagnosis and personalized care can improve outcomes and quality of life.
Interstitial Cystitis
Interchangeably also called painful bladder syndrome. Involves bladder pain, urinary frequency, and urgency. The cause can come from a variety of factors, produces inflammation of the bladder lining causing it to become sensitized. Symptoms can vary in intensity and may resemble a urinary tract infection, but without the presence of infection.

We customizes exercises to strengthen core muscles, alleviate back pain, and improve flexibility for expectant mothers, helping manage physical changes during pregnancy, and preparing the body for labor by promoting a smoother experience. Postpartum physical therapy focuses on aiding the mother's physical recovery after childbirth.
Vaginismus
Involuntary muscle spasms in the pelvic floor muscles, causing significant tightness that can make sexual intercourse or penetration impossible. It may be related to past surgeries, trauma, anxiety, and fear related to sexual activity.
Dysmenorrhea
Also known as painful periods, including menstrual cramps, lower back pain, and abdominal discomfort before or during menstruation. It can be primary (without underlying conditions) or secondary (linked to reproductive issues). Periods should not be painful.
Erectile Dysfunction

Pudenda Neuralgia & Entrapment
Pain involving the pudendal nerve, which is responsible for sensation in the genital and perineal area. This condition can be caused by nerve entrapment, compression, or irritation. Symptoms may include sharp or burning pain, numbness, or tingling in the pelvic region. Pudenda neuralgia often affects daily activities and can impact sexual function.
Vulvodynia
A pain condition characterized by discomfort or burning in the vulvar area (external pelvic perineum, including the labia) without an apparent cause, such as infection or skin disorder. The pain may be constant or triggered by touch, pressure, or certain activities.
